Most clients see measurable changes within 4–6 weeks. Visible physique changes typically appear in 8–12 weeks, depending on your starting point and goal. No shortcuts — but with the right plan and consistency, the timeline is predictable.
Yes. Tracking is non-negotiable if you want serious results. You don't need to be obsessive about it, but you need to know your numbers. I'll make it practical and sustainable — most clients find it second nature within a few weeks.
After you're accepted, I build your personalised training and nutrition plan. We do weekly check-ins via a structured form — you report numbers, send progress photos, and flag any issues. I review everything, make adjustments, and you have direct messaging access in between.
Your training plan is built around the equipment you have — commercial gym, home setup, or anything in between. Just be honest in your application about what you're working with and I'll programme accordingly.
